ADA Seating
Accessible Seating
The Wachovia Center is equipped with elevators and escalators. The Wachovia Spectrum is equipped with ramps outside the building located on the Eleventh Street and Broad Street sides of the building. The Universal Symbol marks parking. Accessible Seating should be purchased in advance. To purchase seating, contact the Box Office at (215) 389-9571. TDD for the Hearing Impaired is (215) 389-9599.

Parking & ParaTransit
Located on the Broad Street and Eleventh Street sides of the building, accessible parking is available and marked by the universal symbols. Hangtags or plates are needed for accessible parking. Individuals needing to use ParaTransit must call carriers to schedule rides. There are Stops located at the Wachovia Center.
Entrances
Entrances on the Broad Street and Eleventh Street sides at the Wachovia Center are accessible.
Elevators
Public Elevators are available at the Wachovia Center. There are elevators located in the VIP Lobby on the Broad Street side of the building and on the 11th Street side of the building near Sections 109 and 110. These elevators make all levels of the Wachovia Center accessible.
Restrooms
In addition to accessible single sex restrooms located on all levels throughout the building, a private accessible restroom for Men and Women is located on the Broad Street side of the building at the Guest Services area.
Concession Stands, Telephones & Fountains
All concession stands are accessible on all levels of the Wachovia Center. Various public telephones and water fountains are mounted low making them accessible to patrons.
Service Animals & Listening Devices
Service Animals are permitted in the Wachovia Center. Head Sets and Receivers for the ADA approved enhancement system are available at the Guest Services Desk located on the Broad Street side of the building.

Purchasing Tickets for Accessible Seating
Accessible Seating can be purchased by phone with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card through our Box Office. To charge tickets by phone please dial (215) 389-9571. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Wachovia Center Box Office. Please note: if tickets are being purchased in person at the Box Office for a concert, cash is preferred.
Tickets can be purchased by phone through ComcastTIX Charge Lines: (800)-298-4200. Tickets can also be purchased in person at ComcastTIX Outlets. Please note: ComcastTIX outlets accept cash only.
Unannounced Patrons on the Night of an Event
All unannounced patrons needing accessible seating, on the night of an event, will be directed to the Guest Services Desk to be relocated to accessible seating. This desk is located on the Broad Street side of the building. To avoid inconvenience, it is strongly recommended any accessible seating ticket requests be made in advance.
Companion Seating
Subject to availability and promoter restrictions, an unlimited number of adjacent companion seats may be purchased. However, for "Lift/Platform" sections and "No-Sell" sections, the number of companion seats may be limited.
Parking & ParaTransit

Restrooms
An accessible restroom for Men and Women is located on the concourse level behind Section 206.
Service Animals & Listening Devices
