
Accessibility Guide to Wachovia Spectrum
Parking & ParaTransit
Located on the Broad Street and Eleventh Street sides of the building, accessible parking is available and marked by the universal symbol. Hangtags or plates are needed for accessible parking. Individuals needing to use ParaTransit must call carriers to schedule rides. There are stops located at the Wachovia Spectrum.
Access Ramps
Exterior Ramps with curb cuts from the parking lot to the upper concourse area are located on the Broad Street and Eleventh Street sides of the building.
Entrances
Doors #1 and #9 are accessible and marked with the universal symbol at the Wachovia Spectrum.
Restrooms
An accessible restroom for Men and Women is located on the concourse level behind Section 206.
Service Animals & Listening Devices
Service Animals are permitted in the Wachovia Spectrum. Head Sets and Receivers for the ADA-approved enhancement system are available at the Information Booth located in back of Section 216.
Telephones & Fountains
Various public telephones and water fountains located throughout the concourse are mounted low, making them accessible to patrons.

Our Box Office is equipped with a TDD or Teletype for Hearing Impaired patrons. The phone number is (215) 389-9599.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is located in Section 206 Rows 20 and 21. Additional accessible seating is scattered throughout the building located on the lower level. All accessible seating ticket requests should be made in advance.
Purchasing Tickets for Accessible Seating
Accessible seating can be purchased by phone with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card through our Box Office. To purchase Accessible Seating by phone please dial (215) 389-9571. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Wachovia Center Box Office. Please note: if tickets are being purchased in person at the Box Office for a concert, cash is preferred. Tickets can be purchased by phone through ComcastTIX Charge Lines: (800)-298-4200. Tickets can also be purchased in person at ComcastTIX Outlets. Please note: ComcastTIX outlets accept cash only.
Unannounced Patrons on the Night of an Event
All unannounced patrons needing accessible seating, on the night of the event, will be directed to the Information Booth to be relocated to accessible seating. This booth is located in back of Section 216. To avoid inconvenience, it is strongly recommended that any accessible seating ticket requests be made in advance.
Companion Seating
Generally, one adjacent companion seat may be purchased and up to two additional companion seats may be purchased, subject to availability. |
